Job summary

jac recruitment pte. ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee data center and ICT infrastructure projects across the region. You will manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through implementation, commissioning and handover.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center/ICT projects, strong expertise in UPS, cooling, BMS/EMS, and a proven track record delivering Tier-certified or hyperscale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of data center/ ICT project management experience.
• Experience delivering Tier-certified or hyperscale data center projects is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure and ICT systems.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center and ICT infrastructure projects across regions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and WBS.
• Lead EPC activities while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to data center standards and best practices.
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide progress, risk, and mitigation updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials including CAPEX and contracts.
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integration testing.
• Oversee closure and handover to operations.
