Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center in Singapore seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to lead hyperscale project delivery for key clients from contract to Ready for Service. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure contractual alignment.

You will drive progress reporting, handle changes, and own onboarding, with on-site leadership for projects and governance provided by a platform-level director.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end project delivery in critical environments.
• Strong delivery and commercial decision-making across schedule, cost, and technical constraints.
• Experience with hyperscale or large enterprise customers in data centre, cloud, or IT services.
• Proven ability to coordinate engineering inputs and drive on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer-facing delivery owner for hyperscale projects from contract signing through Ready for Service (RFS).
• Coordinate with construction, design, and operations to align customer requirements with delivery execution.
• Develop and manage delivery programmes, track milestones and ensure timelines.
• Manage customer change requests, including cost and schedule impacts and vendor coordination.
• Own handover of the facility to the customer during RFS and enable a smooth BAU transition.
