CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support hyperscale data center delivery. You will coordinate customer delivery projects, track milestones, and maintain governance documentation throughout contract execution to handover.

The role requires 2-5 years in project coordination or PMO, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Smartsheet or MS Project. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO roles.
Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Experience with project tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
Excellent communication and documentation management skills.

Responsabilités

Coordinate customer delivery projects and support Customer Integration Managers.
Track project schedules, milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
Manage project documentation, contracts, approvals, and handover records.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
Support customer onboarding, training, and readiness activities.
Prepare project status reports and governance updates.
Assist with change requests, approvals, and billing-related administration.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project commitments are met.
