Careers @ Focal Search is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations and sales orders, and coordinate with warehouse and procurement for delivery schedules. You will input orders into ERP and track status while maintaining pricing accuracy and customer relationships.

The role requires an O level or Nitec, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, MNC environment with hybrid work after confirmation.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or Nitec Level qualification.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general office software.
• Stable and reliable with accountability and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices and follow up.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for delivery schedules.
• Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
