Qualifications

• GCE 'O' or Nitec level is required.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for delivery schedules.
• Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
• Track order status and inform customers of delivery updates or delays.
• Ensure pricing, discounts, and terms are accurate in all documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and close sales with Sales team.
