Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring in a hybrid setting. You will coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates, ensuring timely updates throughout the process.

You will liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to drive hiring activities, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist with onboarding. A team player with strong communication and organizational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (virtual and office).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Assist with screening resumes and arranging interviews based on hiring requirements.
• Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
