Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• Internship experience in HR/recruitment is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Support high-volume recruitment across levels.
• Manage candidate data in the ATS.
• Review and refine job descriptions for attraction.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reach relevant talent pools.
• Assist with career fairs and external partnerships.
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide hiring insights.
