Job summary

StarHub Ltd is seeking a senior corporate vendor alliance and portfolio governance professional to support the Hybrid IT business in managing vendor partnerships, certifications and program alignment. The role centers on performance reporting, portfolio tracking, and coordinating across sales, vendors and operations.

You will help maintain documentation, enable sales with up-to-date materials, and participate in quarterly business reviews to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ICT, telecom, SI or vendor environments.
• Experience with vendor partnerships, certification programs or alliance management.
• Familiar with networking, cloud or cybersecurity domains.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in business reporting, dashboards or portfolio tracking.
• Ability to work across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Exposure to partner programs (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, AWS, Microsoft or equivalents) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key technology vendors to maintain partnerships, certifications and program compliance.
• Track certification requirements across presales, sales and technical teams.
• Support regular management reporting on revenue, pipeline, vendor alignment and portfolio KPIs.
• Maintain portfolio documentation including price catalogs, product updates and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on portfolio updates and operational matters.
• Support vendor engagement activities including quarterly business reviews and alignment updates.
• Assist with portfolio planning, business reviews and internal leadership reporting.
