Job summary

Lam Research Singapore is seeking a Field Process Engineer to deliver expert process support and optimization for Lam equipment at customer sites. You will participate in installations, training, and design improvements with product groups to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent communication, and ability to work in cleanroom environments, with hybrid work options and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with relevant field experience in electronics, chemistry, physics, or materials science.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with ability to interpret results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship abilities.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and wear PPE; on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support, installations, and improvements for Lam equipment at customer sites.
• Design, run experiments, collect data, and generate reports to optimize device performance.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on technology roadmaps and process needs.
• Lead or mentor Field Service Engineers and technicians on new procedures.
• Coordinate analysis of failures and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Present technical material to customers and internal groups to address needs.
