Job summary

Lam seeks a Field Process Engineer to act as a customer-focused expert on our equipment, supporting installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups. You will provide on-site support at customer sites and work with wafer fabrication workflows.

Responsibilities include performing DOE, process evaluation, and documenting outputs relating to hardware installations and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring seamless integration with the manufacturing flow in Singapore

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and customer-facing roles.
• Familiar with wafer fabrication processing flow and techniques.
• Experience with DOE, process evaluation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at customer sites for installations and training.
• Identify design improvements with product groups to meet customer needs.
