Job summary

Lam Research Singapore is seeking a Manager, Field Process to lead the site technology team and deliver high-value process solutions for our customers. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to safety standards while aligning with regional goals.

In this role you will coordinate with global product groups and account teams to translate customer needs into technical demonstrations and robust process improvements, keeping projects on schedule and driving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years supervisory experience in semiconductors.
Strong technical knowledge on Etch, Deposition and Clean tools/applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer and project management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Field Process team (Clean/Deposition/Etch).
Lead and develop the team to meet penetration and defense projects on schedule.
Collaborate with Account and cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions.
Identify market opportunities and customer requirements; drive Lam solutions.
Ensure safety of engineers and conduct safety training.
