PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a six-month contract to manage end-to-end order processing for Europe, ensuring orders are captured within 24 hours and kept shipment-ready. The role supports cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup, balancing home and office work while maintaining SOX-compliant records.

You will engage with Sales, Finance and Account Management to resolve issues, participate in UAT, and drive system enhancements across ERP platforms during Europe business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management or customer-facing operations.
• Strong communication across global teams.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end order management process for Europe region customers.
• Ensure customer purchase orders are entered into the system within 24 hours.
• Monitor order backlog to ensure shipments are ready and free from holds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Account Management and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
• Provide timely updates on order status, shipment schedules and backlog inquiries.
• Support UAT, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist with customer onboarding and advocate B2B integration initiatives.
• Monitor system issues and coordinate with IT until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit compliance including SOX requirements.
