Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Paya Lebar is seeking an Order Processor to handle material orders from sales staff and direct customers. You will quote prices, prepare order sheets, and distribute them to suppliers.

You will also log all order details in the ERP system (Oracle) and support additional duties as assigned. The role is a 6‑month contract with a completion bonus, and requires monthly rotating standby on weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system; MS Office proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials from sales staff or direct customers.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on item lists.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
