Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Order Management Executive in Singapore to support end-to-end processing of customer orders. You will validate requests, process orders in the systems, and track progress while ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional coordination with Sales and other teams, and timely order fulfilment. Candidates with Diploma or Degree and experience in order management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field; relevant experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Good communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Create, process, and maintain customer orders in internal systems; update order status.
• Coordinate with Sales and other teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and approvals.
• Manage customer and billing accounts; provide timely order acknowledgements and updates.
• Maintain order tracking logs and generate basic reports on processing performance.
