Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support the complete order-to-cash process in a multinational environment. You will process orders in SAP, provide sales support, and manage shipping documentation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of MNC experience, strong logistics knowledge, and familiarity with export documentation. Hybrid work after 3 months, up to 2 days WFH per week. 6-month contract, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in an MNC environment.
• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping.
• Familiar with export documentation and trade finance basics.
• Experience with Asia import shipments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete order to cash process.
• Process customer orders using SAP system.
• Provide sales support to designated countries.
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers.
• Attend to customer complaints.
• Handle customer requests for samples.
• Coordinate with Trade Compliance and Global Trade teams on profiles and certificates.
• Collaborate with HQ, Sales & Marketing, SCM, AR, Credit & Legal teams on issues.
