Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
• 2 years of working experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in insurance operations and processing can be considered.
• Business Analysis skills in delivering business requirement processes.
• Project management skills in executing and managing user acceptance testing and planning.
• Savvy in applying latest technology.
• Proactive, resourceful, innovative/creative/critical thinkers; able to engage stakeholders from different domains.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Self-managing, detail-oriented with high-quality output.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements and design end-to-end testing strategies.
• Validate alignment with continuous improvement and operational efficiency objectives.
• Develop test scripts and execute tests across the application lifecycle.
• Formulate test scenarios and plans, conduct UAT, and prepare status scorecards for stakeholders.
• Log defects with clear steps to reproduce and potential business impact.
• Monitor technical progress and risks; coordinate with tech and operations to address issues.
• Track and monitor defects with Tech and Ops as needed.
• Communicate results and impacts to business analysts and stakeholders.
• Prepare user guides and conduct training for operational users on new deployments.
• Ensure risk and compliance standards are followed for changes.
