Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in Insurance operations and processing is a plus.
• Strong business analysis, requirement delivery and project planning capabilities.
• Proactive, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication across business domains.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and design comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies.
• Validate solutions align with continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute test scripts throughout the application lifecycle.
• Formulate test scenarios and plans; conduct UAT and prepare status scorecards.
• Log defects with clear reproduction steps and business impact.
• Track defects with Tech and Ops; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare user guides and provide training for new deployments.
• Ensure risk and compliance standards are followed for changes.
