Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking Contract Customer Service Officers to deliver high-quality, one-stop service for banking needs. You will resolve inquiries across channels, ensure data confidentiality, and promote DBS Digital Way while handling time-sensitive issues with composure.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and compliance with banking regulations. Rotation shifts, weekends and public holidays are required; contract duration is 1 year via third-party agency

Qualifications

• Min a degree or diploma, experience in a Contact Centre or banking industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills, empathy skills and adaptability are requested.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Meet and exceed Customer Centre KPIs while maintaining service quality.
• Address and resolve customer requests and complaints across channels efficiently and professionally.
