Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is recruiting for a 3-month assignment in our service team. You will handle inbound calls from corporate customers and provide solutioning for the bank's digital products (Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR, etc.).

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm at the Raffles Place location.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / equivalent or experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
• A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential

Responsibilities

• Part of the service team to assist inbound calls from corporate customers with the solutioning of Bank's digital products
• Provide meticulous attention to detail and clear communication in all interactions
