Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales engineer to promote airside HVAC solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors. You will drive sales growth, expand market penetration and build lasting relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 1–2 years in engineering sales, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. HVAC industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and propose airside HVAC solutions to building owners, consultants, and contractors.
• Drive airside sales growth and expand market penetration.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Build strong business relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Maximize account penetration, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop suitable solutions for both existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain and update sales forecasts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Negotiate solutions and commercial value, overcome customer objections, and close sales.
• Differentiate the company's solutions and position them as the preferred supplier.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
