BUZUD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Intern to gain end-to-end exposure across talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, and culture initiatives within a fast-paced medical tech environment.
You will work closely with the HR team to post roles, screen candidates, prepare onboarding kits, maintain records, and support engagement events, developing a solid foundation in HR operations and people management.

Post job openings across recruitment channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, university job portals).
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain the internal applicant tracking pipeline and send timely updates to candidates.
Prepare onboarding welcome kits, documentation, and system access setups for new hires.
Coordinate Day 1 orientation sessions and ensure a smooth integration into company culture.
Assist with the offboarding process, including exit documentation and clearance checklists.
Maintain and update accurate employee records, personal files, and organizational charts in the HRIS/database.
Assist with leave tracking, attendance logging, and basic administrative preparation for payroll.
Support work pass applications, renewals, or cancellations (EP, S Pass, WP) under senior supervision if required.
Plan and organize internal employee engagement events, team-bonding sessions, and festive celebrations.
Help drive internal communication initiatives, corporate wellness activities, and staff feedback channels.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and local labor guidelines is a plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills. High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or HRIS tools is advantageous.
