Job summary

A professional HR services company in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to manage HR systems, oversee recruitment, and drive training initiatives. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, at least 2 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of local employment legislation. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of up to $3,500 plus a variable bonus.

  • Office Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Thu 8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR systems and policies in compliance with statutory requirements, including HR software management.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, work pass applications, onboarding, and exit procedures to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage payroll processing and statutory submissions accurately and on time.
  • Provide employee support through counselling, grievance handling, and guidance to line managers on HR practices and legislation.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives, including benefits review and implementation of e‑learning systems.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned, including those required to meet statutory obligations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR working experience
  • Possess strong knowledge of local employment legislation (MOM)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
