Job summary

Culina Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team. You will lead recruitment activities, maintain employee records, monitor attendance and leave, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.

You will onboard new hires, manage welfare matters, update HRIS, and support day-to-day admin tasks. Fresh graduates welcome; proficiency in MS Office required; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment including posting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination.
• Follow up with Hiring Manager on interview status, offers and contracts.
• Onboard new hires, maintain personnel files, enroll in wellness programs.
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and update employment status changes.
• Track attendance and leaves to ensure policy compliance and payroll documentation.
• Coordinate employee activities and conduct surveys as needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR matters.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team. The main responsibilities will include recruitment, maintenance of employee records, monitor attendance / leave records and coordinating employee engagement programs or activities.

Responsibilities:

• Executing recruitment initiatives including job posting, resumes screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates on interview arrangements.
• Following up on the interview status with Hiring Manager and the shortlisted candidate to make offer and prepare employment contract.
• Onboarding new hires, creating personnel files, enrolling new hires in wellness programs and managing employee welfare matters.
• Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system, updating new information or any change in employment status.
• Managing employees’ attendance & leave records to ensure their compliance with the HR policies and payroll documentation.
• Coordinating employee activities to support group initiatives, and conduct employee surveys when needed.
• Providing support for day-to-day administrative functions and assist with ad-hoc HR matter as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Teams and Excel.
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, ability to act with professionalism and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
