Zusammenfassung

Powen Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding and employee records in our Singapore construction teams. You will liaise with MOM and other government bodies, ensure compliance with the Employment Act, and coordinate training grants and wellness initiatives.

This role requires at least 4 years in HR within Singapore construction, a diploma in HR, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of HR experience in Singapore construction.
• Knowledge of the Employment Act and government regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data.

Aufgaben

• Handle recruitment for staff and workers, including sourcing and screening.
• Maintain accurate staff/worker records: hiring, termination, leave, medical records, etc.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for foreign employees and dormitory processes.
• Administer staff and worker training and coordinate training grants.
• Assist and coordinate employee wellness programs and company recreation events.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., MOM) and participate in statutory reporting or surveys.
• Handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned by Manager or Management.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process for staffs and workers by sourcing, screening candidates and ensure smooth onboard process to meet project staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment staff and worker records including hiring, termination, leave administration, medical records etc
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees and dormitory processes in compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain legal workforce status.
• Administer staff and worker training as such coordinate training and grants etc
• Assist and coordinate employee wellness program and company recreation events
• Liaise with government authorities such as MOM and participate in statutory reporting or surveys when required.
• All other HR administrative as assigned by Manager or Management

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in the area of Human Resources in Singapore Construction industry
• Good knowledge and interpretation of the employment Act and government regulations
  Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
