Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner Executive in Singapore to drive people strategy for the local unit. You will partner with business leaders, manage end-to-end HR tasks and ensure regulatory compliance, including work permits and leaves.

The role requires 2–3 years in HRBP/Generalist roles, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong attention to detail with high-volume admin capability. The position is based in Singapore and reports to the Head of HR.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and statutory compliance in Singapore.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership with business leaders.
• Experience handling high-volume HR administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HRBP for the Singapore Business Unit, bridging HR strategy and department needs.
• Own end-to-end HR tasks including Work Permits, Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Oversee benefits administration with focus on PCP insurance and related queries.
• Manage statutory claims processing for maternity leave, childcare leave, and government schemes.
• Support Office Administration including procurement of supplies and coordinating with departments.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to standardize and automate HR processes.
• Support rollout of local and regional HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Executive

Job Type: Full-time with 3 months probation period

Reports To: Head of HR

Location: Singapore

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Singapore Business Unit, serving as a critical bridge for communication and strategy between the HR Team and department heads.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end operational HR tasks, including the complete lifecycle management of Work Permits and Employment Pass applications (new applications, renewals, and cancellations).
  • Managing OFWAS, IRAS (IR21 & IR8A), MOM, MSF (Leave), NS Portal
• Oversee employee benefits administration, with a specific focus on Primary Care Plans (PCP) insurance, insurance bonds and related queries.
• Manage all statutory claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for maternity leave, childcare leave, and other government-paid leave schemes.
• Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager with Office Administration including
  • Purchasing of stationary, office & pantry supplies
  • Office GA: Printers, AC, Couriers, etc
  • Coordinating with all departments regarding office necessities
• Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline internal HR processes.
• Support the implementation and rollout of various local and regional HR initiatives designed to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.

What makes you a great fit:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong operational accuracy and deep knowledge of MOM regulations and statutory compliance requirements in Singapore.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a consultative partner to business leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume HR administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the property management or hospitality industries is highly regarded.
