Job description

As the Human Resources Director, you will lead and oversee the Group’s HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This includes managing HR teams across the Group and serving as a strategic HR business partner to support business objectives. You will play a key role in driving talent management, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

What you'll be doing
1) Human Resources:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the HR strategic planning process to identify and define the HR critical requirements (organisational-capabilities, talent development, organisation change, training needs analysis) for the realisation of business objectives and define actions to address them
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs working closely with the other departments to define the manpower plan
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Sustain the talent management process including talent detection, assessment and verification of development of development plans for defined target groups
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Lead in resolving employee’s grievances and provide the human resources advice, counsel, and decision
  • Lead employee engagement programs, satisfaction surveys and corporate social responsibility
  • Coach and mentor the HR teams to deliver high quality performances
  • Monitor and ensure the organization compliance with the local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on legal parameters related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Guide respective HODs in resolving complex employee relations issues in compliance to organizational policies and statutory regulations as well as in interpreting relevant HR policies from organizational perspective
  • Lead and facilitate the digitalization of HR processes to enhance efficiency
2) IT
  • Oversee IT processes, initiatives, projects to ensure system reliability, data security, and continuous improvement of technology infrastructure
  • To maintain subscriptions for websites, intranets, software systems and applications, e.g. data storage.
  • Manage IT assets (i.e. laptop, monitor, etc) as needed
