Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a contract HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations at our Woodlands North site. The role covers recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, insurance matters and employee relations.

You will work closely with employees, management and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and compliance with Singapore regulations. A Diploma in HR or related field plus 2–3 years' HR experience is expected.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, EPC, manufacturing or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOM work pass processes and FCF.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, application screening, interview coordination, reference checks and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment documentation, orientation and clearance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, attendance and leave records.
  • Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolment, updates, claims and liaison with insurance providers.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and assist with employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters and other employment-related documents.
  • Coordinate with management, employees, departments and external service providers on HR matters.
  • Assist with HR activities, employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
