Job summary

BMW Asia Pte. Ltd. invites you to join its Local HR team as a Human Resource Operations Intern in Singapore.

You will support HR operations, onboarding, and orientation activities from day one while contributing to HR communications and process improvements. This full‑time internship runs 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2027, requires a 6‑month minimum commitment, and seeks candidates pursuing or having completed a Diploma or Degree in HR or related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
• Comfortable with digital tools and learning HR processes.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Local HR team to support HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities.
• Support and promote HR communications through internal channels such as newsletters, email communications, intranet, and SharePoint pages.
• Assist in the review and updating of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Support the coordination of HR projects and local employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.

What You Should Bring Along

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
