Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a motivated undergraduate to join the HR team as an internship. You will gain hands-on experience across HR functions, supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and events planning.

Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand recruitment needs, coordinate interviews, and help maintain HR records. This role offers exposure to a corporate HR environment and meaningful project work.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and application forms to identify internship candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and prepare offer letters.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and manage expectations.
• Plan intern engagement activities, including events and developmental activities.
• Serve as main contact for interns and foster a positive internship experience.
• Provide support for HR functions and projects and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with filing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for internship opportunities across the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and prepare, issue, and manage internship offer letters.
• Liaise closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Plan and coordinate intern engagement initiatives, including events such as Internship Engagement Day and other developmental activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, fostering engagement and a positive internship experience through initiatives such as networking lunches and team activities.
• Provide support for various Human Resources functions and projects
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Keen interest in recruitment, human resources and employee engagement
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to new ideas and ways of working.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
