Job summary

BMW Group Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Operations Intern to support HR operations across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation. This full-time internship runs from 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2027 and offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You'll help promote HR communications, assist in updating policies, and support local employee engagement projects while developing practical skills in MS Office tools and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, with an interest in learning about HR processes and process improvements.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Local HR team to support HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities.
• Support and promote HR communications through internal channels such as newsletters, email communications, intranet, and SharePoint pages.
• Assist in the review and updating of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Support the coordination of HR projects and local employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.
