Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. offers a Human Resources internship to support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The role also covers HR administration, engagement events and office operations.

The successful intern will gain hands-on experience across interview coordination, candidate screening, and relationship-building with stakeholders, while working onsite at Porsche offices in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related studies.
• Past internship experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
• Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
• Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work onsite at both the Porsche main office at Guoco Midtown and the Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru in 2026. Please note relocation to the new Experience Centre at Changi Aviation Park in early 2027 or earlier.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and post job descriptions on various job boards.
• Review candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and participate in interviewing.
• Manage the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluation of manpower needs, scheduling, and time sheet tracking.
• Prepare and conduct onboarding for new joiners to ensure a smooth experience.
• Assist with HR administrations, processes, and general inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
• Support accuracy and maintenance of employee records and databases.
• Prepare HR-related presentations and reporting.
• Support in office management tasks.

Intern Human Resources

Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards
• Reviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process
• Managing the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing
• Preparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
• Assisting with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assisting in planning and organising employee engagement activities
• Supporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases
• Supporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting
• Supporting in office management tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
