Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead the HR team in the healthcare and community care sector, driving HR strategies to build a capable, engaged workforce, dedicated to delivering quality patient care.

You will manage compensation strategies within budget, partner with senior stakeholders, oversee daily HR operations, and develop a positive culture focused on learning and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration or related field with IHRP-CP certification.
• 7–10 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.
• 4–6 years managing a team and senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication abilities.
• Independent and collaborative work style; adaptable under pressure.

You will play a critical role in driving and implementing HR strategies that build a competent, engaged, and motivated workforce, dedicated to delivering quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement strategic HR direction aligned with organisational goals
• Review and strategize competitive compensation packages within the approved manpower budget to attract and retain talent
• Lead the business partnering function, providing expert support on all staff-related matters to ensure the organisation’s HR needs are effectively met
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and the successful execution of HR strategies
• Inspire, engage, and develop the HR team; foster a positive culture focused on learning, capability building, and career development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline with IHRP-CP certification
• 7 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to the healthcare or community care sector
• 4 to 6 years of experience managing and developing a team as well as managing key senior management stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Resilient and adaptable, able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
