Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager must oversee all human resource activities across an organization, focusing on strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations. He or She will work closely with senior management to ensure HR practices align with the company's goals and vision.
Strategic HR Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to define and execute long‑term HR plans that support the organization's overall business objectives.
- Lead the HR team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the HR team, ensuring they are well‑equipped to deliver on their responsibilities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effective: Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices, and to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee organizational design: Work with management to create and maintain effective organizational structures and workflows.
- Advise on HR-related matters: Provide expertise and recommendations to senior management on various HR issues, such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, including managing the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage compensation and benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's budget and objectives.
- Lead performance management: Implement and manage performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Manage employee relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, ensure a positive and respectful work environment, and mediate disputes.
- Develop employee development plans: Identify training and development needs and develop and implement programs to support employee growth and career development.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations: Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure the organization is compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Manage HR-related budgets: Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure that HR programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices: Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the HR field and implement new strategies and technologies to improve HR operations.
- Maintain a positive and productive work culture: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued and supported.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving HR strategies and managing HR functions.
- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and governance.
