Job summary

International Facility Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible HR Manager to lead the HR Department and support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth office functioning in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, and a solid understanding of MOM requirements. You'll oversee confidential information and coordinate with regional HR teams.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

• Oversee HR activities in regional offices (Malaysia/Philippines/India).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to HR.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, anddetail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate willlead the HR Department and support day-to-day HR functions while ensuringsmooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR

• Work together and provide direction to the HR team.
• Report to the Group Financial Controller and the Managing Director
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination
• Prepare HR-related reports and correspondence
• Support payroll, employee benefits administration and claims
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure compliance with local MOM requirements
• Knowledge in Application of various Work passes in Singapore
• Knowledge in IRAS Tax Compliance (IR21/ AIS)
• Overlook other Countries (Malaysia/ Philippines/ India) HR personnel
• Other ad-hoc duties related to HR

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
