Job summary

zy future international pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations for our Singapore business, covering recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and compliance.

This role will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, HR policies, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting to the regional HR team. You will work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist/Operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in retail, F&B, FMCG or manpower-intensive industries is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leave administration and payroll coordination.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and implementation of HR policies.
• Coordinate performance review and employee development processes.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, contract administration and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances and workplace issues professionally.
• Organise employee engagement and training activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and MOM requirements.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
• Prepare HR reports and coordinate with the regional HR team.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
