Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from tracking headcount to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Work with schools and agencies on recruitment and outreach efforts.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and performance matters.
• Advise staff on HR policies to support communication, engagement, and performance.
• Support staff engagement activities and take meeting minutes when required.
• Assist with key HR activities such as performance reviews and declarations.
• Participate in HR system testing and process improvement projects.
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
