Job summary

Hong Hua Holdings PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage daily HR operations for F&B outlets and franchise operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws while supporting recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, CPF, contracts, and work passes. You will maintain records, support staff, and collaborate with managers to optimize manpower across outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2–3 years of HR experience
• Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations, CPF, and employment practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff and management
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for HR documentation and reporting

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently
• Administer staff attendance, leave tracking, payroll processing, and CPF submissions accurately and timely
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR letters, and other official HR documentation to maintain compliance
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with MOM regulations
• Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies
• Provide HR and administrative support to F&B outlets and franchise operations to facilitate smooth manpower management
• Collaborate with outlet managers to assess staffing requirements and resolve manpower issues proactively

Preferred competencies and qualifications
