Job description

You will play a pivotal role as a Business Partner to build a robust SMB Team. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to support our Head of Department in managing performance initiatives, operational activities, and day-to-day priorities. This role acts as a key bridge between the HOD and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, data tracking, and execution of key projects.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist the HOD in managing departmental KPI and performance management.
  • Act as a liaison between HOD and cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, and initiatives.
  • Follow up on action items and project deadlines with various team members.
  • Support business operations, data analysis, and process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Prepare presentation slides, reports, and summaries for internal meetings.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for the HOD.
  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management to support the departments operations.
