Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Payroll to manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees. You will handle CPF submissions, tax filings, and leave claims while maintaining accurate payroll records.

The role requires a degree in HR Management and at least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, with SAP SuccessFactors proficiency. A hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, tax rules.
• Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all staff (full-time, part-time, associates) using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports with variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Handle CPF submissions, income tax filings, NS and Government-Paid Leave claims.
• Administer benefits, leaves, overtime, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and respond to audits and inquiries.
• Support HR and Finance with system enhancements and UAT testing.
