Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) invites applications for a Manager, HR Information Systems (HRIS). The role leads the HRIS team, defines governance, and translates organisational needs into an integrated HR technology roadmap.

You will oversee SAP SuccessFactors, data integrity and reporting while engaging stakeholders across HR and IT. Work location at SUSS@Nanyang Polytechnic - Yio Chu Kang; the role focuses on automation, analytics and digital transformation to support SUSS’s

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant HR systems or enterprise technology project experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and processes; SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance for the HRIS portfolio; set priorities and resources.
• Develop an integrated HR tech roadmap and oversee SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Lead HRIS projects from requirements to implementation and post‑go live support.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Strengthen data governance, system controls, analytics and real‑time reporting.
