Job summary

SKYWAVES PRO PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business units from an HR perspective and to build a robust HR framework.

You will provide feedback on policies and oversee employee relations while identifying training needs and developing annual HR plans. The role involves executing HR strategies and participating in leadership development and change initiatives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years in HRBP roles,

Qualifications

• Availability to provide necessary support during weekends and statutory public holidays based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally accredited university; a major in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner; experience in large internet or technology companies is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with good interpersonal and learning abilities.
