Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Business Partner to support end-to-end HR operations in Singapore. You will partner with HODs and team leads to manage headcount, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and provide guidance on HR policies to boost engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of HR Business Partnering experience highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HODs and Team Leads to manage end-to-end recruitment, headcount tracking, sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding and off-boarding.
• Collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.
• Provide timely advice on HR policies to enhance communication, engagement and performance.
• Facilitate staff engagement initiatives and serve as minute-taker.
• Handle work pass applications/renewals for foreign hires.
• Support performance management and annual declaration exercises.
• Participate in HRIS testing when necessary.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects and HR admin duties.

Duties:

• Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes, tracking the Business Unit's headcount, sourcing and interviewing of candidates, salary proposal, supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes to facilitate human capital needs.
• Handle all employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievances and performance related issues.
• Provide timely advice to employees on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance.
• Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement initiatives.
• Handle work pass applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters.
• Support all major HR activities such as performance management review, annual declaration exercise.
• Participate in HRIS system testing when necessary.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects, surveys and HR admin duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of HR Business Partnering experience highly advantageous
