Confidential Jobs is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to deliver full HR service across talent management, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, and HR policy management in designated departments in Singapore.

The role requires acting as Employee Relations liaison, ensuring compliance with local laws, maintaining HRIS data quality, and collaborating with global HR teams on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with local HR qualification.
  • Proven experience in an HR role with significant tenure.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Regional HR Business Partner for designated departments and deliver HR services.
  • Serve as Employee Relations liaison to foster positive work culture and handle conflicts.
  • Own data in HRIS and provide reports and analysis.
  • Manage learning, performance, compensation, benefits, recruitment and HR processes with global alignment.
  • Represent the region in global projects and optimize HR service delivery.

Job description

1. Act as Regional HR Business Partner for designated departments. This would include complete HR service delivery in the areas of talent management (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, operational compensation and benefits management, off boarding, HR policies & HRIS management etc.)

2. Act as the Employee Relations Liaison for the designated departments, cultivating stronger employee relations to foster an inclusive, safe and positive work culture; building trust with employees and dealing with conflict situation within the tenet of the Organization's Code of Conduct and Ethos.

3. Within the role of HR BP, full ownership and responsibility for up-to-date and accurate information in HRIS, providing HR reports and analysis.

4. Full responsibility for designated HR functions (learning and development

/performance management I compensation & benefits /recruitment /HR processes & policy management) working collaboratively with global HR colleagues, where applicable.

5. Act as the regional representative in global projects and initiatives, working across HR teams such as planning, implementing and optimizing HR service delivery in areas such as recruitment, L&D, performance management, compensation and benefits and other HR functions)

The incumbent is also expected to:

  • Be able to address employee relations issues including addressing employee concerns, managing feedback and grievance issues
  • Ensure that HR policies, processes and activities are in compliance with all local employment laws and regulations
  • Provide data for diagnosing and solving HR issues and concerns
  • Able to build external relations with related agencies and other HR agencies
  • Knowledge of general Human Resources Practices

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; with recognised local industrystandard HR qualification or part qualification
  • Proven experience in an HR role; held for a significant period of time which has given sufficient experience of:

A) HR process delivery, including performance management and benefits management

B) HR data quality provision and data privacy maintenance

C) Analytics and reporting

D) Audits

  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations
  • - Good working knowledge of HRIS
  • - Customer focus and service delivery mentality, upholds professional behaviour
  • Positive and can-do approach to work
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and personal efficiency
  • Excellent communication & listening skills. Good critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to forge outstanding collaborative working relationships across the team and with other colleagues regionally.
