Job summary

Green Olive Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Training & Development professional to design and implement employee training programs across multiple locations, promoting culture, standards, and teamwork.

The role involves collaborating with department heads to create SOPs, competency assessments, and targeted training for customer service and safety, with travel between outlets as needed. The position requires completed Diploma or Degree in HRM/Business Admin/Education, strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Education or related field.
• Relevant experience in employee training, learning & development, or corporate culture initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop training materials, SOPs and competency assessments.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and monthly employee training plans.
• Organise onboarding, job-specific, refresher, and leadership training.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop training materials and SOPs.
• Coordinate training across outlets, warehouses, central kitchens, and offices.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion.
