Job summary

Mazu is partnering with a leading international marine services company to recruit a Junior HR Executive in Singapore. This role offers an excellent entry point into HR with structured training and mentoring, supporting the HR function across generalist and operational activities.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, records management, attendance and leave, HR documents, and training coordination while working with a global team in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0 to 2 years HR experience is an advantage.
• Eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: posting ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and induction logistics.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave and benefits administration.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts and other HR documents.
• Support training coordination, performance reviews and engagement activities.
• Help ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Be a friendly first point of contact for employee HR queries.
