Job summary

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM International Pte Ltd seeks an HR Intern to support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, onboarding, and learning and development. You will participate in research, event planning, training coordination, and HR projects to enhance the employee experience.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end HR processes and opportunities to contribute to process improvement within a dynamic corporate environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related discipline.
• Prior HR or administration internship is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee welfare, engagement activities, and welfare programmes.
• Assist in learning and development, training coordination, and onboarding.
• Contribute to HR projects with data gathering and presentation prep.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
