Qualifications

• Well-organised, detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in preparing employment letters and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with PDPA guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and research relevant workforce grants and initiatives.
