Qualifications

• Experience in creative design/digital content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop applicant pipelines by researching and connecting with potential talent sources.
• Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract candidates and strengthen employer branding.
• Plan and execute engagement and networking events for current interns to enhance their experience.
• Design and administer end-of-internship surveys and analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Create strategies to maintain engagement with students post-internship for future opportunities.
• Develop collateral for internal job fairs and announcements to promote awareness.
