Job summary

DayOne, a global leader in data infrastructure, seeks an HR Technology & Governance Specialist to support HR technology platforms, ensure data integrity, and drive governance across HR processes. You will work closely with HR, IT, Internal Audit, Risk, and Finance to strengthen controls and support audits.

Your role includes leading HR platform configurations, security, testing, upgrades, and documentation, while maintaining evidence for audits and complying with governance standards across

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, Accounting or related.
• Experience: 3–7 years in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, SOX Compliance, Internal Controls or Governance.
• Experience: supporting enterprise HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional lead for HR ticketing systems and HR platforms.
• Manage system configuration, security roles, workflow updates, testing, and enhancements.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain HR technology documentation, SOPs, and data governance artifacts.
• Execute and monitor HR controls to ensure compliance with internal controls.
