Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Specialist QA/QC to refine QA/QC processes and govern program-level compliance across active construction projects. You will own data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in quality across all sites.

The role requires leading audits, standardizing processes, and delivering executive-level reports and dashboards. Strong ISO 9001 background and leadership across multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree or registration a plus.
• 8–12+ years in QA/QC, with senior/lead roles on data center programs.
• Experience building/managing ISO 9001 QMS and audit programs.
• Strong data analytics using Excel and BI/dashboard tools.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, update, and maintain QA/QC work processes and templates.
• Oversee program-level compliance across construction projects.
• Support pre-construction with quality input and data insights.
• Develop and enhance project assessment scorecards and dashboards.
• Consolidate quality data across projects with standardized metrics.
• Perform trend analysis, root-cause stats, and benchmarking.
• Identify systemic issues and communicate findings to leadership.
• Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into CAPA.
